You can configure this under application’s Preferences -> General. These ROMs need to be put in a place where MAME OS X can find them. To play games in MAME OS X, you’ll need to have game ROMs.
It is a native OS X port of the popular MAME emulator. MAME OS X allows you to play arcade machine games on your Mac.
